Making Moves…in Forza… =P
Haven’t had much time for anything else….Gotta do the graphics for my homie Billy’s BMW for SEMA as well as for another Scion, still finishing up Honda Tuning work, and I think there was some other stuff I can’t remember right now. Pretty much just loading up for SEMA, I can’t wait to spend a whole week in Vegas and relax…Anyways, here’s some more Forza 3 stuff for now. Just spending an hour a day on it so I stay focused…haha…

The EG is yellow now with Mag Blue TE37s, caged, K-swap, and ITBs…it’s a blast to drive…

In the All-Honda invitational making a pass on an NSX…

And where all my money went to…I bought a 370Z and went to the paint livery editor and created a custom widebody kit and modified the front bumper…

Front fender mod, rear fender mod, added vents as well as venting out the rear bumper…
If you guys like building cars and racing, then you should really go pick this up. It’s like building a car without all the money and real life stuff…like owning it for real..haha…
Occupied time…
I’ve been pretty busy lately with magazine work as well as getting ready for SEMA and helping out my friend’s with their various SEMA projects. Got a bit of a small update for you guys. I took some free time out today to mess around with Forza 3 that just happened to come out Tuesday. I reserved it of course because I’m a big fan of the series. Alot of my ingame creations have received a bit of notoriety in the past as well and the Forza site even featured me on the front page of their site in the past. I basically just play it to create cars and at one point I didn’t even do much racing at all. Well with 3 coming out, I’m forced to race because I need to make credits to buy new cars to build. I went the Honda route of course and have done a little bit of work to two of them with the limited credits I have…

This is my EG that I just put a bunch of stuff on. I love the way the TE37s look this time around in the game. In Forza 2 they were missing the logos and it made the wheel look like a knock off, and you guys know how I am about that shit. Funny thing is, they actually do have Rotas in this game. That’s when you know they’re making it big. I never thought I’d see the day when Rotas were apart of a video game….

The color is supposed to look like Sheepey’s friend Floate’s hatch but when the pics are translated to the internet, it comes out kinda different….I guess I gotta work on that some more. I did had the black side moldings though and the sidemarkers. It gives it more of a realistic look you know….It also has a J’s front lip, J’s hood, and a Bomex rear wing. Looks pretty cool….I just made enough credits to put a K20 in there too and when I was driving it around in game, it actually sounded like a K motor…It’d be nice if they changed up more stuff from part 2 and gave Hondas some more love. It’s weird because the CR-Xs still don’t have sideskirts in the game. I thought it was a glitch or something in the second game but nope, still missing in this one as well…
From what I’ve seen so far, it looks like a badass game though…the graphics are amazing and the cars are alot of fun to drive. It’s not too hard to drive but it isn’t like other racing games where you feel like you’re on ice and just sliding around…

This is the car I started out with and also what I’m using now to make credits to get other cars. Of course, leave it to me to do some totally non-functional shit and try to create a VIP-styled Fit in a racing game. They have a bunch of J’s stuff for it in the game but I thought it’d be cool to have a VIP Fit on the track…haha. It’s got a full INGs kit and 19-in IForged wheels. I picked those because they kinda resemble Work Varianzas and it had a nice lip on it. Yeah pretty nerdy, but what can I say, I don’t have all the real money in the world to build cars so I might as well do what I can in a game…They also have Work Euroline DHs in the game too. I might through those on something else later on…haha
Alright off to get some sleep. If you guys like racing games, make sure to pick this one up. Then you can build non functional cars in video game land as well… =P
“All Honda Meet” Coverage…Uhhh…sort of…
Did anyone even know about this meet? Cuz I sure as hell didn’t. I got an IM earlier that morning asking me if I was gonna go to the meet from some random person on AIM I don’t even think I know and once I realized that it was at Super Autotoyz. I went back to sleep. Sorry. But like most of the meets there….they’re all about the same. And not in a good way. It’s not like going to the strip club and seeing the same hot chicks everytime. You go to this stripclub and the chicks are like, missing teeth, got some c-section marks, or some other shit you don’t want to look at. What I’m trying to say, is that you don’t go to an Autotoyz meet expecting to get your mind blown….Not even remotely. It’s not Autotoyz’s fault of course, it just so happens to work out that way. I remember a couple years ago when they would have meets at Autobacs and they weren’t so often and the quality of cars was better. Nowadays it just looks like a parking lot on a regular day. Plus the Red Robin is gone now, and that was at least some consolation back then if the meet was bad.
Now I honestly did not know about this meet because it wasn’t advertised anywhere. I actually had to look around and I saw the flyer for it and apparently it was for some new site….knowmyhonda.com or something or other, but the flyer…meehhhh…

I don’t know if I would go to a meet with a flyer like that. Looks like a meet for a birthday party or some shit. I’m just saying. Not that fun looking, haha….is that awful to say? Flyers are ways to bring people to a meet, the one up there, kinda weak…I wouldn’t go to that and it’s not eye-catching enough. “Oh can you do any better?” you say…probably…Would you go to a meet with that flyer…or would you got to a meet with this flyer….

Does that not scream the best fucking meet ever? I can tell you about import models, and hot cars, and maybe a raffle. Or I can have Jesus holding up an EF, about to attack an unsuspecting, but delightly joyous, unicorn from behind. And there’s fancy clouds in the picture….and yes, it does say “No revving OR No drama.” You have to choose one. Haha…Alright, in all seriousness though. If you want people to go to a meet, get somebody to make a better flyer. It’s a Honda meet, and generally people will go regardless but the flyer is so generic, I wouldn’t expect there to be anything nice there….
Okay, so I didn’t go, we’ve established that…but, my cousin did. He drove up all the way from San Diego for it.
Lucky for us, he was able to capture awesome in a bottle with sprinkles of greatness such as this…

“Trying to be different” I assume….also file under “more trouble than it’s worth”….

Fuck me man. Fuck. A. Me…. Someone broke into this guy’s Honda-Tech starter kit and tampered with it. So many things un-Big Black about it like the green wheels, Shocker sticker, and Honda center caps. Big Black suddenly forgave Rob Dyrdek for leaving him behind and getting another show. The hood is like a bad train wreck. I want to look away but I can’t. Shit gives me cotton mouth. So many levels of awful that it makes me dehydrated…

Confusion. Utter confusion.

Hmmm….

=|
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that somebody probably had a domokun on his tow hook and somebody probably had a burberry front lip on their car….or plastered somewhere on the fender or some shit….All I’m saying is…it looked pretty brutal out there. Sure it’s not a car show but man…it’s like the Appearance/Cosmetic thread on Honda-Tech gone terribly wrong. Like if a group of friends dressed up as Honda-Tech Appearance forum for halloween, this is what you would get. Throw in a little Sportmax offset and you’re good to go.
Man, sound like a real asshole right now. I think it’s that spray-painted Big Black hood…Anyways, sorry for no coverage of it, but understand that it’s the best for me and you….If you want to see more pics, go to my cousin’s site here…..
I once went to a meet like this….and then I got the fuck outta there.
“Do Work Son!”…..ehhhh =\ Please paint your hood back.
DPK David, please tell me you didn’t go to this….
A follow-up and some clarification…
Okay, so I’m sure most of you guys saw my posts before this one where I talked about Billy’s old Integra that he used to have a couple years ago. If you don’t well, do some catching up and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Anyways, Phaze2 Sid brought to my attention a thread on the G2IC forums just a week or so back where an Integra that looked very similar was crushed in San Diego….well, I went over and looked at the thread, and it’s definitely the same car….

Small world right? Damn, I didn’t even think to ever mention this car until I dug through all my old emails and strangely enough, the car was just crushed a few weeks before. I never knew where the car ended up after Billy traded it but I talked to Billy and apparently the car did end up in San Diego and stayed there for the last couple years. He knows this because the owner had parking tickets and never bothered to take care of them and the tickets arrived at Billy’s place. In any case, let’s clarify the few things that I saw in the thread that were incorrect.
1. The guy that owns(owned) the “1991 Integra XSi” is not the guy that built the car. I’m all for anybody that loves their car and calls it their baby, but come on, let’s keep it 100. Dude didn’t build the car and judging from the most recent pics of it that he posted, nothing has changed on it since it left Billy’s hands other than a janky shiftknob. I feel bad for the guy, I do, nobody should get their car taken away but don’t front. You know what I mean?
2. The car is not a real “1991 Integra XSi”. It was a right hand drive conversion done by the original owner. Billy would be the 3rd owner of it. And this guy, who knows, probably like 4th, 5th, etc…the car was passed around. The Integra had nothing on it other than the conversion and motor. Billy did the wheels, suspension, hood, front lip, cams, brakes, etc. Basically everything. It’s just funny how the dude conveniently avoided the question when someone asked him if it was a real XSi or whether or not it was Billy’s before.
3. The car was crushed because it had none-matching VINs and no paperwork for the engine. That’s why it was taken to begin with. He’ll give you “the basics” because he probably doesn’t want people knowing that it was a conversion. Either that or he outright didn’t know. But if you’ve owned the car for 3 years, it should be pretty clear. You gotta remember that this thing was put together years ago back when people didn’t worry about engine swaps and paperwork or VIN swaps. From what Billy was telling me, the guy that did the conversion was a major fuck-up anyway so of course he didn’t clear the conversion with CHP. That’s gotta be the current owners responsibility to figure that out though before he bought it. Dude was driving this shit around in SAN DIEGO of all places like he wasn’t gonna get caught up. I mean, he can say the cops pulled him over for no reason but clearly, he is driving a RIGHT-HAND DRIVE INTEGRA on the road. Really? Red flag much?
It’s hard enough to drive a Honda in California as is. Sucks the car got crushed, but driving a right-hand drive Integra with non-matching VINs, motor with no paperwork, in a city with a specific taskforce aimmed at taking down imports isn’t the smartest thing to do…. It’s cool that the car remained the same the past 3 years though… I’m hoping this isn’t the same kid that originally got the car from Billy though. I remember a week after the trade happened I saw the car at an NWP night meet and I was walking by the guy as he was bragging to people about how he built the car and answering all these questions like he knew what he was talking about. Funny guy. Better luck on the next purchase my friend…
Inbox filled with memories…
Alright, like I said yesterday, I finally got around to cleaning out my email inbox and found a bunch of stuff from the past that I thought was interesting that I would share with you guys. Man I can’t believe I have stuff that goes back to early 2005…so much has changed since then…. Memories of my car coming together to the eventual sale of it to me getting my job as a writer…etc….etc….Let’s begin a trip down memory lane shall we?…

Here’s a shot from the morning of a car show in front of my friend’s house. I can’t even remember what show it was for but my friend who’s now married with a child now was bored that day and decided to tag along. I remember my carbon fiber trunk didn’t have the rubber molding around it so gas fumes would go into my car while we drove….Actually if I remember correctly, this was the Showoff Classic show in Pomona when they were still doing shows over there. I remember the gas fumes got so bad that we had to drive with the windows down and it was cold as shit that morning and on the way home that my buddy got sick from that shit…haha. This was also like a week after I got my JDM front bumper back from the bodyshop and it was all painted and clean. I told myself that I was gonna switch bumpers everytime I did a show so nothing would happen to this bumper but that sure as hell didn’t happen. I had this shit on the car until the day I sold it….

Speaking of carbon fiber trunks, this is the first carbon fiber trunk EVER in existence for a CB chassis Accord. There were so many people trying to do it back then but deals always fell through. Luckily my friend Billy at the time worked at CF1 and was able to get these made. If you’re reading this and you have a CB Accord with a carbon fiber trunk….You’re welcome. If it wasn’t for the two of us, this would have never happened. My OEM trunk was all hacked up for this shit and the Korean owner of CF1 eventually made only 9 of these before he sold the mold to another company. Then those companies started making shittier ill-fitting ones and mold after mold was sold to til now. The original 9 were probably the best from what I saw. The one pictured was ultimately destroyed too and I had the second trunk on my Accord… Billy of course, as you may all know him, is the owner and builder of the now famous Laguna Seca Blue IS300. He’s graced the pages of Super Street as well as the cover of Import Tuner and it’s probably the most recognized IS in the country….

This guy has always had a good eye for cars but what many of you may not know, is that he used to drive this thing everyday when he was working at CF1…

Yup, a right-hand drive 2nd gen. Integra…It eventually was cleaned up and the lip was painted, Type R Recaros, etc…

It was one of the first Integras during that time, especially a 2nd gen. DA/DB that had Wilwood brakes on it. The Work RSZ-Rs is also another interesting story. I had saw these wheels for sale online one day and I was like, “man, what the hell, this guy is crazy. He doesn’t know what he’s selling if he’s trying to sell some 17×7 +30 offset RSZ-Rs for a thousand bucks…” So I called up Billy and he scooped them up right away and they ended up on this Integra. Strangely enough, the guy that he bought the wheels from turned out to be Ojay who eventually built the gold Element that you all know today from Phaze2xDoods. Back then we didn’t even know who eachother was but I guess things just work out that way. Small world I guess….

Back then, the Integra was a daily and I don’t even think I had my Honda yet. We were all into the big bodykits and Hot Import Nights style stuff. Billy and I were both apart of this crew, the 13Devils. I thought it was a cool name after I saw it in Tokyo Street Racer so we ran with it…Ended up winning alot of awards too but things ended up not working out and we all parted ways. Now most us are working within the industry and the majority of us are still friends, just not doing car crew stuff together anymore….
You seen me doing some Scion stuff nowadays since Ross and Mikey are into them and I’ll occassionaly shoot them from time to time…but we had a xB in our group back then that was pretty cool too. I just didn’t know shit about them at the time…

This guy ain’t even into cars anymore. He got married and is doing other stuff with his life now, but back then he had alot of really nice stuff on his Scion…
While I was going through my email, I also found the writing sample that I sent to the editor of Honda Tuning Magazine that ultimately landed me a job as a writer. I had read somewhere that they were going through some changes at the time and I wasn’t working at the time so I decided to hit the editor up and he told me to send in a writing sample. Well I guess he thought it was good enough to give me work and here we are today. Now I’m freelance writing for Honda Tuning and Super Street, seems like ages ago now…For those of you who are interested, here’s the sample that I wrote. It was never published or anything but it gives you a good idea of where my head was at the time in regards to the industry and all…

Writing Sample
A couple years ago, if someone had walked up to me and told me that I’d be the owner/builder of one of the more recognized Honda’s in southern California; I’d tell them that they were crazy. Not that I was against Honda’s at the time, they just weren’t on the radar of cars that I paid close attention to. I was strictly a Toyota guy. I had built a pretty obscure project in a Toyota Camry at the time and I had formed an almost cult-like following with other Camry-owners. Occasionally certain Hondas would catch my eye on the street or at a show, but they would have to really stand out among a sea of Civics that were sporting grey-market “Buddy Club” body-kits and over-sized wheels. This was also around the time when European cars were starting to get modified and the term “VIP” was strictly limited to the Yakuza in Japan. European cars never caught my eye either, probably because I never had the money to even consider stepping foot inside one. It was a rare thing to see a really clean purpose-built Honda. You could sometimes spot them on the street but hardly ever at shows. Back then it was all about getting into the industry and finding companies that could “hook you up” with free parts or befriending people who could get you somewhere in the show scene. At this time, I was way to naïve to even realize that I was sourcing parts for a car that literally had zero aftermarket support, everything I did had to be custom made, usually by me, and the results weren’t always pleasing to the eye. It was even harder to make friends within the industry because they didn’t see any potential in a car that nobody cared to look at. When I finally had the opportunity to build a Honda, the difference was night-and-day. Everything just seemed so easy. I would cruise message boards on the internet like Honda-Tech and CB7Tuner (a well-known CB Accord forum) and I would see countless threads about how the Accord platform sucked because there was no aftermarket support. I thought to myself that these guys must be crazy. Compared to where I had come from, it was like I had parts falling on my lap. I had little knowledge of Hondas at the time and it took me almost 4 years to build my previous car, which received little attention from others, and 5 months to build a car that eventually received a magazine feature. I couldn’t have asked for more. The moment I stepped foot into a Honda project, my outlook on the entire “import scene” had changed. No longer was it about car-shows and winning trophies. It was all about the actual build of the car and the attention to detail. Monthly meets and get-togethers with other owners took precedent to pouring tire-shine on your wheels and hoping that you would take home a gold piece of plastic. Showing a mutual respect for one-another replaced the idea of competition and who had more stuff done to their cars. Outside of the Honda community, it was always assumed that owners of Hondas were unfriendly and overly-competitive “ricers”. Maybe I had just been at the right place at the right time, but I couldn’t possibly be happier with the friends that I’ve made along the way. The guys I knew were so helpful and taught me so much about how to build a clean, timeless project. Strangely enough, the people I know today who I can truly call “friends” and inspire me to continue my project are the same guys who owned the Hondas that “occasionally” caught my eye back in the day. These are also the same guys that will probably, in a couple years, be considered the “muscle car guys” of our generation. I guess life has its own unique way of working things out. A couple months back, I was offered quite a bit of money to sell my car and admittedly, it was a tempting offer, but eventually I turned it down because I felt as if I would be selling myself out of this great community that has welcomed me with such open arms. It almost felt like I’d be abandoning my friends and losing my opportunity to eventually become a staple in the Honda scene. I was also handed a shot at building another project car, a non-Honda, but I just couldn’t find it in my heart and mind to do it. I have gained a respect and loyalty to the community that has shown me so much love and garnered me so much respect among my peers. I would be doing myself an injustice if I just got up and walked away. A couple years ago, if someone had walked up to me and told me that I’d be the owner/builder of one of the more recognized Honda’s in southern California, yeah, I would tell them that they were crazy. But if someone were to tell me today to just up and leave, I’d be out of my mind to even consider the notion.
Ehh, it’s kinda whatevers now….Funny thing is that I had no intentions of selling my car then and it sounded like I would never let it go. That sure didn’t work out…and the car that I mentioned above when I mentioned “building another project car, a non-Honda” is actually the car that I’m driving today. Again, strange how things work out…

I really do miss that car though…so many great memories of it. Here’s a pic from my first Eibach Meet that I went to. If those of you who don’t recognize the tag “.Ben.Snap.”, that’s actually Stunna Ben, who also does feature work nowadays for magazines. He’s a pretty well known east coast photographer now. Back then though, he was just a black guy that walked in front of my car to take a picture that I was worried about running over….haha. That was also the short period when I had my Starks on. I never completed the set and I just ended up using one of them as a spare in my trunk until I flipped them….

After I went through the Sprint Hart CP-Rs, the Starks, and then the Advan RGs (which Sportcar Loi owns now), I had my favorite set of wheels for my Accord; the Work Meister S1s. I found this pic in my email that Old Skool Shaun took on our way back an NWP summer meet… I was actually gonna buy a set of Blitz 01s at the time but my friend Grant convinved me to get these instead. I wasn’t too keen on wheel fitment and offset at the time so I wasn’t too sure if 17×8 +33 would fit right on the car but damn, that shit came out great….This is what they looked like the night I brought the wheels home from Takumi Project…

Man I really miss that place….They used to have some good shit there. I picked these S1s up from them for like $900 through my Speed Alliance discount. They had some big ass fucking tires on them. Some of the faces were pretty fucked up so I had to have a wheel repair place repair them and polish the faces on them. Then I had to order the stickers again from Work Wheels Japan and that shit took longer than it took for the wheels to be redone…

I was happy as shit with the way they came back though. Here’s a pic right after I picked them up and when I was putting on my Function & Form Type IIs…

Man, so many memories of that car in my emails…I also found the emails I sent to SP Engineering back then to order my Bride seat rails for my Brix Is. I didn’t know where else to go at the time and I didn’t know if anything else would fit as good so I just forked out the $350 to get the fucking things. $350 for seat rails. Seriously. That shit took like 6 months to get too and the seats were in the house so long that my dad would just sit in them from time to time to imagine what it would be like the car….
I also found the emails from Import Showoff when I did my first Nisei Showoff and emails to Chargespeed Japan just so I could get some stickers from them since I had a authentic Chargespeed grille on my car. They were actually really nice and got that stuff out to me right away. I ordered a bunch and to this day I still have a big red Chargespeed sticker in my room. Yes, a big red one…the fuck was I gonna put that on? Haha…
I still have the tech sheet that Rodrez sent to me when he first shot my car for Honda Tuning…man I had no idea who that dude was at the time but he was really quiet. Now I work for the guy…oh how times change…
Now for a bit of sad memories…

Here’s a random shot at a gas station that May took back in the day. I think this was after an Eibach NWP meet as well. Well May has been apart of the Doods! family since we started this whole thing and she was also building an Integra at the time. She also had an orange EG hatch like waaaaay back then when she was apart of Team Techna with Ojay and DPK JP. That was also around the time when NSX Tony had a Civic coupe and was in Hybrid. Well anyways, she had already been building a Integra before we started doing the Doods! thing and what happened to her car was actually one of the contributing factors as to how we all ended up together as a group….
I remember the first time she sent me pics of the car…

It was all primered up at the time because she was saving up for her paintjob. Man it was like 3-4 different colors and I would make fun of her because she would drive it everywhere. She had no choice, it was her only car…but it was funny just to imagine her driving that thing around, haha….still makes me smile today when I thin about it. It was really promising though…It’s a shame she doesnt do car stuff anymore because she had a real talent for building cars too. I mean, she was apart of Techna back when it was at the top of the car show scene, so she had to have known what she was doing right? She sold her hatch and picked this thing up and around the time I met her was when she had barely picked up that ITR front end. She was so excited about it because it finally meant that she was gonna be able to paint the thing and really start digging into it.
She told me plans of going with a full Spoon theme and the stuff she was telling me sounded like the car was gonna be a real beast….

Here it is fresh out of paint… This picture was probably taken like, maybe a week after it left the bodyshop. Well the Spoon theme thing was gonna go into effect soon and luckily she didn’t spend all the money and order all the parts yet, because one fateful night, some motherfuckers stole that shit. Just a totally random night. There are some people that we suspect may have been involved, some people we knew very well at the time, but we won’t speak of those people. Just so you know, payback is a motherfucker and we’re watching you. Anyways….man it was heart-breaking to hear that this thing was taken. So much promise you know? All for nothing…Seriously, I felt some anger even when I looked at these pictures last night. They found the car somewhere in Los Angeles and here are pictures of it that May took at the impound lot when she went to go see the car. Shits brutal. It’s like going to a hospital to identify a loved one or something…I can’t even begin to imagine how she felt when she saw this thing torn down to shreds like this…

What a shame…oil was also smeared all over the car to get rid of fingerprints and what not too…She didn’t get the car back and the insurance company just gave her whatever for it. Pretty sad. I really wanted to see this thing finished…Man she was down for so long after the car was taken. Even when she went to car shows and car stuff with us. She said that it just wasn’t the same anymore. Like she felt left out that she didn’t have her car along with our’s…Maybe one day she’ll get back into it, who knows…but I understand how she feels about it. It sucks to have something taken away from you like that…
Oh well, that’s about it. It’s amazing the shit you find when you look through your old emails right? Haha….I’m sure there was other stuff too but it was unrelated to cars so I’ll spare you the details of all that. I’m out for now. That was a pretty long update…haha. Should give you guys plenty to read about over the weekend. Now time to go run this Nike 10k Human Race thing….I’m out… Peace.
Inbox full…
So I’ve been using my email account for a good couple years now and today it’s finally nearing it’s 2gig storage limit. It’s also my work email as well so it’s not like I can just get rid of everything all at once. I decide to start going through it from the very beginning and clean it up and free up space and to my surprise, it actually goes back to around early 2005. Yes, I actually sat here and tried to go through emails from about 5 years back…..definitely some interesting car stuff in there….haha… My eyes are shot right now from all the reading and what not so when I get a chance today I’ll upload all the stuff and show you what car life was like from 05 and beyond for my friends and I. Stick around, it’ll be an interesting one…
Here’s a pic from say around late summer of 2005…I think I took this picture because the car had just recently came out of the bodyshop after paint. It wasn’t even close to the state it eventually became. I still had my US front bumper on and tan interior. Headlights were also different too…And yes the Option2 sticker…I loved that shit cuz I actually purchased the mags then. Til the day I sold the car I was rocking an Option2 sticker on my rear bumper. I had like every color ever….haha….

SEMA Anyone?…

So, anyone heading to the 2009 SEMA show this year? I’m actually pretty excited about going this year because it’ll be a first for me. I tried going last year but I think I turned in my credentials too late and I missed out. I also really want to go to Vegas too because I haven’t gone in a hot minute and I always love hanging out over there. As with all the event coverage that’s done here, you know that I’m gonna have comprehensive coverage of the show as well as all the happenings that occur outside. I know alot of people and homies that are going so I’m sure we’ll be out and about on the strip. I usually like going around this time every year because the weather is also a lot nicer than it usually is out there. There’s no Scion party this year apparently and in year’s past, it’s been one of the premier spots to go to during the trip to SEMA. Not really sure what we’re gonna be doing now but it’s no big deal. I haven’t done too much drinking since that time I randomly woke up naked in the shower about 5 years ago. Ah yeah, that was an interesting night….I think. Anyways, I’m still working on some stuff for HT as well as stuff for the site.
For those of you that have purchased shirts from me within the past month or so, you will be receiving emails shortly because I actually ran out of shirts so a lot of you will either want the refund or can stick around and wait for the new shirts to roll in when I find the time to go out and get more printed. I’m pretty excited about the new design that’s coming because the last shirts didn’t come out exactly the way I wanted. Hopefully this time will come out much better with new colors and what not. Stickers are going out this week as well so if you haven’t received those, make sure to stand by your mailbox everyday for 2 hours until you receive them…
Sooo….Vegas, be there. Gonna be good times and fun had by all.
Gonna have host “The Chronicles SEMA Party”…Make sure to RSVP in advance for this mind bottling event…yes mind-bottling. We’re gonna pop bottles and make it rain at the 3rd Daytona USA arcade machine inside Circus Circus. Yeah the 3rd one, not the second one, that’s the one that has the yellowing screen that’s caused by the heat from being between the other two. 3rd one is mint. If there happens to be a kid there playing already, just look for the back-up party at the SNK Arcade machine that has Fatal Fury Special, Metal Slug, and Baseball Stars 2….If you see the one with King of Fighters 96, leave that one alone, that’s the Criss Angel SEMA Party. We can’t go to that one cuz that fool don’t like me. Ever since that one thing with the thing that I did to the other thing…yeah, I don’t know…I need sleep. Later.
In my search of randomness, I discovered the new wheel fitment king….Phaze2 officially relinquishes the crown to this man. Don’t mind the music, I believe it to be some new music from Madonna….

Totally NOT a Honda…

Well, got some more non-Honda related stuff for you guys since it’s been pretty slow around here. I guess you can say it’s Honda related because the owner once owned an EP Civic that was pretty wild. Apparently, it got jacked and he moved on to this project…This is everything but a Honda and it’s pretty rare to see one of these done up stateside. Overseas, they have the Estima and whatever and they have their own following over there. Here in the U.S., eh, you can barely call it a following. Some guys have the patience and the balls to attempt to build a Previa, and most will say “I’d build one” and never do it. In any case, it’s definitely a rare sight to see one completely done up. I recently ran into Jimmy from Team Praxis at Midnight Garage and I just said “Fuck it, let’s get some shots of it…” I’m always down to take pics of different cars, it’s always nice to expand your horizons you know…and to actually have a chance to shoot a van? Hell, why not?….
I don’t have any details on it, I apologize in advance. Uhh…It’s a Previa, it’s on air suspension, it has a kit on it, and it has wheels. Oh, and the interior has complete hardwood floors…haha, it’s pretty neat….alright, enjoy….

Pretty cool huh? Not something you would expect to see rolling around the streets of Socal…
Oh and here’s a “behind-the-scenes” shot to give you guys an idea of how the originals looked and after they were processed by your’s truly…

=P
Thanks for looking, and thanks to Jimmy for coming out…
Formula D Final Round/JTuned Auto Gallery Coverage…
Words/Photos – Joey Lee
I normally don’t go to many drifting events anymore. When D1 first made it’s way out to the U.S., I would go all the time. It was just cool to see the drivers and cars that you used to only see in pictures or japanese magazines. Formula D is a bit different. Definitely more American, with American corporate sponsorships, American drift cars, and American drivers. To me, it’s a whole different feel but it’s cool to see that the country has embraced drifting in such a big way. I decided to go because Ross had some Scion VIP thing and Freddy from Auto Fashion told me I could park with him so I could get in for free and what not. I’m never one to turn down some free shit and I didn’t have much going on this weekend anyway so I headed out to Irwindale. I had HeyMikeyyyy take my car in early in the morning though because I had a prior engagement until the afternoon and he was more than willing to do it. I didn’t get there until like almost 4pm and it was hot as shit. I spent the majority of the time just hanging out in my car with Ross cuz the A/C was on and we didn’t feel like doing much of anything else. There definitely weren’t very many Hondas there, as expected, so I just took pictures of random ass shit…

That’s exactly how it happened.
Some Hondas that were there…

Endless….looks?

Saw this thing in the Evasive blog and finally got to see it in person…very nice…

Always see this thing everywhere. Alot of interesting things done to this car….And notice on the windshield….guess guys are starting to post their wheel offset on their windshields now? Uhhh…

The car show portion of the event was actually alot more crowded than I thought it would be…

The coupe that has the infamous “Spoon valve cover”…

The sickest GS out right now….everything about it is nuts…

The other sickest GS out right now….

Since I was at the Auto Fashion booth, I had a chance to see the cake they brought out for Big Steve’s birthday. He loves his Hello Kitty…

…It just so happened that it was also Jenny Chu’s birthday as well so everybody got together and sang the birthday song for them…

My homie Billy showed as well and ended up winning best of show at the event….congrats son!…

I don’t imagine how shitting or peeing would be any fun for this guy….

Matty with the orange xB was there as well and won the “Most Gangster Scion” award…

I actually went to go watch the drifting that was going on and it was pretty cool….One thing I don’t get about drifting events is why people always take the old tires and take them home. It’s a fucking waste of space. Shit serves no purpose, it’s not even a tire anymore. I’m all for memorabilia but some old ass tires? Ehh…I’m just saying, I kept seeing a bunch of dudes running around the venue carrying a bunch of old ass tires around. Stupid….

I’m not gonna post up the drifting shots because they came out kinda shitty and you’ve probably already seen them on other sites….Mine seriously were pretty awful though so just take my word for it…

I walked back after the drifting thing ended and caught a glimpse of Phaze2 Henry’s Corolla….Looks crazy with the fender flares!

This is what happened when everyone tried to leave at once. I ended up just walking around some more while I waited…

That’s about it. Here’s a shot of my car right before I left. Like I said, I didn’t take many pics. It was just way to hot to be walking around and too little Hondas to try to find…
I’m tired as hell. Been busy creating flyers, working, looking for places to stay for SEMA, editing pics, and all kinds of other shit…..If some of the sentences don’t make any sense or are pretty incoherent, it’s because I’m literally falling asleep while writing this….Back tomorrow, sorry for the lack of updates over the weekend.
The Status of Sean….
Words – Joey Lee/Photos courtesy of Sean Edwards
Well not much but something quick for you guys to look at. For those of you who have been anticipating the Status Sean build updates, well I know it’s been awhile but Sean’s peculiar like that. Guess he’s been busy hammering out other stuff. I’m just as excited as you guys are to see what’s coming up next. If you’re wondering what he’s been up to and why he hasn’t been working on his car….head over to his site here. You can even see his car still on the rottisierre (SP?)…

Anyway, that’s it for now, got shit to do, laters!
Working on some stuff…
Well I’m doing stuff behind the scenes as well as preparing to go shoot some more cars soon. Trying to stay busy now that the weather has cooled down and it’s not too hot to do anything….Working on a new shirt design…figured I might as well to switch things up. Stickers are going out still as well as shirts, especially to the international guys…
What do you guys think about this?….better than the first design or no?….Just messing around, I know I totally shouldn’t be designing logos and shirts and shit on photoshop but oh well….

Not going with gold again since the first time I did my shirts the gold ended up looking like nacho cheese or some cheese you get at Fuddruckers….
Asked my girl what she thought and she said it was “aiiiight”….I don’t know why she talks like that but I guess it’s not that great….haha. Let me know what you guys think…’Aiiiiiiight’?
Super Autotoyz/Phillipines Disaster Relief Car Wash/Sedan Meet…
Words/Photos – Joey Lee
Sorry for the lack of an update yesterday, I guess I caught a cold and I’ve been feeling like total shit for the last day or so. Hopefully after I wake up I’ll be all better. I’m gonna cut it short today because I really need the rest and I hate that feeling of waking up in the middle of the night and feeling congested and shit…Anyways, I stopped by the Autotoyz, yes “Autotoyz”, meet this past weekend and needless to say, there wasn’t too much to look at. But I was meeting up with Big Mike and some of the DPK guys just to chill so I headed out to see what was going on….I’m gonna do something a little different today and go with a “good, bad, and strange” theme with things I spotted at the meet. I didn’t take pics of everything because there wasn’t really anything new that needed to be photographed. On with the pics….ughh…feel like shiet…

GOOD: Everybody (EVERYBODY) came out in support of the Phillipines Disaster Fund and brought out goods to give away to the victims of the tragic event overseas. Some girls even donated the clothes they had on apparently….haha. Wonder what the guy in the baseball cap is staring at…

GOOD: Caught a couple shots of Jesse from Cali Luv’s coupe. Yeah, it’s not for everyone but it’s still cool to see. It’s definitely different and sometimes that’s what we need…

GOOD: The homies. Always good to see them…

BAD: Big Mike being a vegan, okay….no cheese on the pizza? DO NOT WANT. Cheese on that shit looks like a Peter North cumshot…

STRANGE: Why does everybody on the right side look like a sibling of Jon from “Jon & Kate Plus 8″….

GOOD: This picture. Because I took it.

BAD: Advertising girls in bikinis washing cars for donations and then arriving to a bunch of men cleaning cars….

GOOD: My editing. Look I completely photoshopped the LS out of the picture….

…see?….*har har har har*…

STRANGE: One got too much neck, other got no neck… you figure it out…=X

BAD: Like Ojay, this guy also “HeyMikeyyy’d” his fenders….haha

STRANGE: Do they sell a Honda-Tech Starter Kit?…

STRANGE: This guy….for organizing his trunk at a car meet.

BAD: Dude, instead of blacking out the fogs, why not just take them off?….
oh…
STRANGE: He’s on some Pirates of the Carribean shit with the license plate….

STRANGE: …is a strange idea for a plate…

BAD: Toretto, his RX-7, and the guy who had SWAT come into his home and disrespect his whole family arrived. It wasn’t so much the car and the bike, but the fact that the guy revved his engine and blew off in every aisle of the Autotoyz parking lot….Guess he was looking for Nissan SR20s because they can pull a premium one week before race wars….

GOOD: It’s refreshing to see a nice S13 convertible. Chris said he wants one but we all know that fool ain’t ever gonna get one…

STRANGE: Got Rota doors to match his Rota wheels….If you’re wondering why he did that, it’s because it was a sedan meet and I guess he wanted to fit in….bravo…*clap*…

BAD: The common misconception about a Spoon valve cover is that there’s a “Spoon” valve cover.

GOOD: Hanging out with the homies on another late night at Midnight Garage….BBQ, hookah, story telling, etc….
Alright, back to bed, my eyes are heavy and the shit feeling continues…
Fast Autoworks Civic…
Words/Photos - Joey Lee
Last week, I had some free time so I went over to Fast Autoworks to go snap some shots of their coupe. You’ve probably seen it at shows, meets, etc but other than that, it remains for the most part, unseen. It’s got a built B-series that makes close or a little over 300whp, from what I remember, but I don’t remember actual numbers. Everything else is pretty self explanatory. Sorry if I don’t have my usual delightful candor. I heard some shit where one of our guys was done dirty in a very disrespectful way and I’m in the process of figuring out what to do about it….I was almost iffy on putting these pics up because of said issue but I’m kinda happy with the way the pics came out and I don’t want all my man hours wasted….Anyways, enjoy, it’s a very nice coupe….

Japanese Classic Car Show 2009 Coverage…Part 4…

Period perfect…

Spotted this on my way out in the parking lot….

That’s all folks,….back with other stuff tomorrow…

Back for more already?…

Alright so after I finally found a way to walk away from all the 510s and past the Mazdas, Big Mike and I found ourselves over in the Toyota area…

I actually watched this thing get worked on over at Wellbilt Customs. It’s a shop next door to Midnight Garage so during the evenings we would see this car there and watch Jimmy work on it. He helped clean up this Starlet alot before the show and I think the little things he added are a great touch. As you can see in the pics, yes it does have a 4ag-swap and individual throttle bodies…

Corollas are also the popular choice among the classic car crowd. There were about as many of them as there were 510s, maybe even more. I love this cars as well. Always wanted to get one and build it but all the ones I’ve ever found were beat up to all hell and not worth building. Cool little cars, you can do so much to them…

Wow…

Duffwagon…

Sick wheel choice…

Celica with an S2000 motor in it…

Very nice…

Gonna stop here for now…Damn I remember when I took this shot, I stood up and was all dizzy and shit. Probably from the sun beating down on me that day. I walked off and went to go get a drink but for some reason they only sold Diet Cokes….I drank it anyway because I didn’t want to pass out from dehydration and I also sat down in the shade and took a break as well….alright back with more later. Please give the site some time to load all the pictures, alright? Peace…

Oh man, finally got around to finishing up all the pics. So much other stuff going on right now but I’ll try to get as much up as I can the next couple days. I’m gonna have to separate into parts because there are just too many pics. Alot of good stuff to look at though so make sure to look at all of it…

We gotta start out with arguably my favorite car from the show….Something about it just caught my eye. I swear I stood there staring at this 510 for a good 30-40 minutes before Big Mike showed up. Even after he showed up we were both staring at this thing. It just has it’s own sense of style you know and the flares, sheet metal I’m assuming, really sets it apart from the rest of the pack. I would have gone with different seats personally but what the fuck do I know….

Shaved bay and all…

So sick!…

Here’s another good one….Attention to detail is amazing…

This one was badass as well…classic car with alot of modern amenities….All Bride gear in the interior, Work S1s, SR-swap….everything…

I actually saw this red 510 when I was up in Norcal in the beginning of the year for Wek Fest. He was parked next to Big Mike and they actually talked for a bit during the show as well. Strangely enough, he reads the Chronicles and knew what it was….Looks crazy with the CCWs on it…

Seriously, I was in this section forever…

Killin me with the wheels…I swear…
Alright, so I finally stepped away from the 510 area and ventured off into the Mazda section. Representation I guess was smaller than the Nissans but that’s to be expected…

Caught a glimpse of this Mazda truck on TE37Xs and a rotary swap…

I think if I turned fast enough while driving this car I could fall out of it…haha…

Here’s a couple more Nissans…

Ron from Supastar’s RHD 300ZX….Not too sure about the flares but it looks kinda cool…

Old school Kaminari kit…looks like something straight out of an old Japanese movie or comic book…

Here’s the original pic from the “vintage edit” pics I posted up a couple days before….The other edit had the light pole and tree branches and what not removed…
That’s it for now, more later on…gonna blow up your interwebz if I keep going…
Look what I did…

I gotta admit, things have been pretty hectic lately. Kinda too tired to get into it but just checking in to let you guys know that I’m out there doing work. I will have the Japanese Classic Car Show pics up later today for sure. Just waiting on some confirmation on which photos are gonna be “spoken for” and which ones I’m gonna be putting up here on the site…

There is a shitload of pics from that event so make sure to check back for that. I’ll only put half of them up the first time around, otherwise it’ll brick your phone or your internet was explode…
I also found time to go take some pics of Hondas that you guys might want to see. There’s been a fair amount of non-Honda stuff lately but that’s just because it’s been kinda slow in the Honda world. Just wanna let you guys know that this is still a Honda-dedicated site. I’ve just been expanding my horizons lately and diving into other makes and models because I think it’ll help me improve my site overall in the long run. Plus you’d be surprised by how many non-Honda owners actually follow this site. It’s pretty strange to me. I even had some guys at the Japanese Classic Car Show talking about this site and you wouldn’t think those guys would follow anything like what I push here….
Anyways, I’m tired and I need to get some rest. Here’s a preview of what else I have coming up for you guys following the JCCS stuff…

Can’t say it was my favorite work but I definitely enjoy staring at Tuan’s coupe, whether it’s behind a lense or not. It’s a beautiful build and I sometimes think that this car is slept on out here in Cali because it seems so simple on the outside. This car is definitely not one to pass up and I’m for sure gonna get those shots out to you guys so those of you who aren’t familiar with it can see for yourselves…I promise the other pics I’m gonna post are slightly better..=P Like I said, wasn’t my favorite work, but it came out cool nonetheless…oh well….Hopefully pick up some flashes soon so I can adapt to the sun going down sooner with the season changing….Out for now…back later with JCCS stuff…
Business as usual…
Words/Photos - Joey Lee
I’m pretty loaded up with stuff to do right now. Still going through the JCCS pics and finishing those up, plus my priority right now is to finish up a mag feature I’m writing up. Also got some other pics to edit as well, plus stickers, shirts, etc…So yeah, kinda busy. Oh on top of that, while I was updating the layout, some how the shit crashed and the layout was missing a bunch of shit and I had to redo it all to get it back to the way it was…..what a pain in the ass. Be back tomorrow with more stuff. For now, enjoy this picture of Big Mike giving a Corolla a thumbs-up. Why is he doing that? I don’t know, I guess he likes it….Either that or he wants to go smoke hookah with it, I don’t know, I’ll leave it up to you to decide….

Japanese Classic Car Show 2009 Coverage…Part 1: The “Vintage” Versions…
Words/Photos - Joey Lee
I headed out to the Japanese Classic Car Show this past weekend because I was asked to do some coverage for work. This was my first time out there and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Man, I love nostalgic cars and I don’t know why I never bothered to go to these shows. Just the vast amount of cars and the variety within the show makes it totally worth the $5 to check it out. I mean, alot of the times people go to like some shitty Extreme Autofest show or whatever and pay like almost $20 to look at the same repetitive shit over and over again. Lambo doors and dubs. I mean, if you’re into that it’s all good. I’m just saying. I’d much prefer to go to a show like JCCS. I will say one thing though, which I didn’t expect. I was a little turned off by the amount of knock-off/replica wheels that were present at the event. I understand that alot of the owners are older and may not know about the differences and that excuse is granted. But seriously, if you can put an Sr20DET into your classic and dump serious amounts of money into it, I’m pretty sure you know the difference between a set of Rotas and the real deal stuff you know. I mean, get whatever you want, don’t let me stop you, but there’s just so much detail and creativity within each of these cars and to miss a little detail like a good set of legit Japanese wheels just tends to take away from it. It is a “Japanese Classic” car show. Let’s throw some Japanese classic wheels on there and ditch the Rota RBs and Drag wheels and shit. Something else I’ve noticed is that alot of these cars kind of lack the detail in the engine bays as alot of the builds in the current generation. Again, maybe these guys don’t come from the same background and understanding as many of the guys today, but the older cars have fewer electronics too, so to have a cleaned up bay is even easier. I don’t know if it’s a drifters mentality with some of the owners but some of the bays are trashed and the cars look great on the outside….Man, alright, I’m probably just nitpicking now. I can’t expect every car to have a tucked bay or everything cleaned thoroughly inside and out. I guess I’ve just been spoiled….
Anyways, the show was great. Just so many cars you will never see anywhere else. I was asked to cover the Honda section exclusively but I ended up venturing off into the Datsun 510 section that I literally spent an hour just in that section alone. I love these things…. Oh I also somehow met up with Big Mike even though we didn’t plan to go to the show together and he hung out throughout the day in awe of some of the cars there as well. I know from just reading the previous paragraph it may sound like I’m disappointed. I’m definitely not. There’s only a couple cars there that were like that which was disappointing but you honestly can’t expect every single car to be perfect you know? I stayed until it was about over and then Big Mike and I just drove around the parking lot because we noticed some really nice cars outside as well. I don’t really know what happened but somehow we ventured off into another part of the lot which consisted of hoards of white people who looked like they were getting ready for some Taylor Swift concert or some other kind of county music. It was weird to see so many people drinking in a parking lot in daisy dukes and cowboy hats while playing hacky sack and shit…it was strange…
In any case, I had a blast at the show and I’m happy I went to see it. I’ll definitely be going back next year to check it out again. I got home and realized that I took almost 300 pictures that day and I’m still in the process of going through all of them. What I do have for you today are a few of my favorites that I’ve gone and edited. I decided to try out like a “vintage photo” finish and to give the pics a sense of age, I guess to try to match the eras that these cars represented and how the pics would look now if the pics were shot then…does that make sense? Probably not. In simple terms, this shit is yellow and has that “sepia” effect like on your cell phone camera…I tried to only use pictures that I liked that didn’t have anything in them that was “current”. As to present the pictures as if it were a show from the cars’ respective eras. Of course I can’t get around spectators and their clothing and the current up-to-date license plates, but it’s close enough. Ehhh, too much explanation. I think when you guys look at the pics you’ll get what I’m talking about. Click on the link for the larger versions…Yes, many non-Hondas but this is for the automotive enthusiast, if you like cars in general, this is for you. I’ll be back throughout the week with the rest of the pics from the event, without all the fancy coloring and shit. Enjoy…

That’s it for today, got so much other stuff I’m working on. That and I got magazine work this week as well so I did as much editing of the pics as I could…I’ll be getting the other stuff up soon so make sure to come back for that….
You know you own(ed) a Honda when…
Ahhh….I swear, everytime the time comes around to renew car registration, it can only mean one thing…time for smog. I mean, sure it only happens every other year, but still…even on the years where I don’t, I still worry about that shit. I’m traumatized. Just one of those things to comes with once owning a Honda. Man I used to sweat that shit so bad since I had an H-swap in my Accord. Now that I don’t even have the car anymore, I still dread having to smog. The 4Runner that I drive around has like 236k on the odometer and pretty much has never had a major tune-up or anything and still manages to pass smog (barely), so why wouldn’t my Q45 pass? Man, I gotta admit, I was kinda nervous about it. For one, I was nervous about it passing and the other reason, was because I needed to find a smog place that had the rollers on the floor because my car can’t make it up a drive up smog machine. I remember one time I had to raise my car up just to smog that shit and I wasn’t about to do it again now that I have the car at the ride height I want it at. So I called around and found this place on Stanton that does it. Pretty small place with an old vietnamese guy running it. He obviously doesn’t drive lowered cars too often because when he drove my car up for smog, the fucking guy like drove my front lip into his rolling floor jack and I lost a chunk of paint on my Wald lip. I was gonna have a fucking cow about it but I scrape that shit everywhere anyways and I didn’t feel like arguing with a guy who was about to run a smog test on my car so I just let it go. No big deal, the car is white, most people probably wouldn’t even notice. The biggest issue with getting it onto the dyno was the rear lip. My Wald rear lip was meant for a JDM rear bumper and I certainly do not have one of those so when I mounted it, it fit differently then it was originally intended so it hangs alot lower than it should. Well I didn’t want the dude to start doing the 15-25mph test and the big ass rollers on the dyno would being grinding my rear lip away. Luckily everything worked out and it cleared….

You can see in the pic that it’s on the verge of resting on the ramp but it was all good. The only thing left to worry about was actually passing. After he was done, he actually came up to me and said that it’s “very good”. So that means I passed right? I pay the man $50 and I look at the paper and to my surprise…

…it ran SUPER clean. I mean, like zero emmissions clean, haha. Only thing that was even close was the HCs and that’s probably cuz my catalytic converter is all beat up and smashed cuz I drag that thing over speedbumps. My H22 in my old car actually ran pretty clean to but nowhere near this. Guess that’s what’s good about having a completely stock engine minus the axleback exhaust. Everything else was pretty much at zero. Man, it feels good not having to constantly worry about smog or whether or not I gotta do some under the table shit to get my car on the road. Of course this shit was due like, today, and I’ve been procrastinating…..Not that it matters. I drove around for most of the beginning of this year not knowing that I received my sticker and never put it on. Cops just don’t bother with these cars (knock on wood). Is it more fun? Hell no….I drove an old lady’s car…haha. But I sure love the idea of not having to sweat smog and pay out the ass for that shit to pass…..
Time to renew…
Oh man, got a notice today that I need to renew the domain name registration and what not for stickydiljoe.com aka what you’re looking at now, which is The Chronicles. It’s hard to believe that it’s already been one year since this site started and man, it’s been one hell of a ride. Working on this thing has helped push my and motivate me to be a better writer as well as a better photographer. Pretty cool to see so many people follow this site around the world. I’ve been pretty busy with work as well as personal stuff but I still try to find time to get stuff up for you guys. I know the updates have been coming a little later in the day lately and not up right away usually when you guys wake up and I’m trying to get back on schedule. Just lately I’ve had so much stuff going on that by the time it comes for me to upload stuff and put it up, I crash and fall asleep. I don’t know if it’s the weather change or not but now that the cool weather is coming back, I find myself just wanting to lay down and sleep. This past summer as been hell and at times it’s been hard to sleep because I wake up and it’s hot as shit. That’s the worst feeling I tell you…Anyways, thanks to everyone for supporting the site, I still have tees to send out and I also plan to do new shirts with the one year anniversary of The Chronicles coming up. I still remember the year before I even started this site. I was thinking about putting something together similar to what you see now but I just didn’t think I could do it all on my own. Thanks to the support of my friends, it’s been a pretty smooth ride. Hopefully things continue to grow and more and more people hop on here to listen to my nonsense. No worries, I plan to renew and keep this thing going for another year, and hopefully another year after that, and so on and so forth….
Big shout-out by the way to the guy who read that I broke my tripod awhile ago and donated me money to get another one. Really cool thing to do and I honestly really appreciate it. Kinda gestures are always welcome, haha….
Other than that, I just have a small update for you guys today. I caught a pic of the Voltex S2000 aero kit and it’s pretty interesting to say the least. Looks good, even though the 3-piece front end might be a bit bulky but everybody knows that Voltex shit works so S2k guys will buy it regardless. I can’t wait to see the Seibon version….haha….Oh and I love the wheels, super flush…

That’s it for now, I’m out…
