Sorry for the lack of an update the last two days, I’ve been busy catching up with work. Yesterday was quite a day…I started out in the early afternoon by heading out to Ontario to cover Bisimoto’s 533HP CR-Z for an upcoming issue of Super Street and there is so much tech that is going to be involved, that I pretty much spent the entire day there to make sure I got all the little intricacies of Bisi’s build. The car is truly an amazing work of art and unless you have a chance to see the car in person, it’s hard to truly grasp how great of a build it is. It’s a landmark project that he pulled off flawlessly. Many of you may never see it in person so the next best thing is for you to read about it in Super Street. I’ve tried to capture the car the best I could and Bisi Ezerioha himself will dissect and breakdown the build for you guys so you have a better understanding of how the car makes so much power. So many rumors were and have been running rampant since it’s debut at SEMA. Some say his giant front mount intercooler is actually just a radiator, some say the car doesn’t run, etc….Anything you can think of, people have started a rumor about it in an attempt to defame and put down a build that they really don’t understand. When this story runs, you will know firsthand that those rumors are not true and that this CR-Z is in fact a fully operational 500+hp hybrid vehicle…

After I finished up at Bisi’s, I made my way to the valley to pick up May before heading down to West Hollywood for dinner. Mikeyyyy, Salem, and the Phaze2 homies had planned to have dinner a couple days before but it just so happened that Junior and Ken from Wekfest were down in our area to discuss and finalize details on Wekfest Socal that’s coming up in June. We ended up calling them out to dinner with us as well and we made a night of it. DPK David and Jackie showed up, as well as Rywire Ryan, and Big Mike. We spent much of the night going over Wekfest and just shooting the shit about other car happenings. We are very excited for the Socal Wekfest event and Junior and Ken look like they’re prepared for the much anticipated event. When we finalize all the details with them, I will release information about it and let you guys know about registration.

Once dinner was over with, I took May home and ever since then, I’ve been busy trying to go through the photos that I had shot earlier on in the day. My eyes are fucked right now and I am dead tired. Having driven all over Socal and then coming home for about 7-8 hours of work in front of a computer is definitely not ideal. Sometimes that’s just how it is. Being able to cover such a great build by one of the most knowledgeable men I have ever met and then having dinner with amazing people makes it all worth it. I’d do it all again without even thinking about it for a second. Now it’s time for me to get some rest….Have a great weekend…
