Super Street FF Battle 2010…Day 3…

Back for more…this is the last batch of pics from the FF Battle. I didn’t stay very long because I had a prior engagement and had no idea what other cars came out. If you’re not pictured, sorry, I wasn’t around…

The competitors at FF Battle minus the Hasport Civic, white coupe, and Morgan’s CTR. The playing field was level and much more interesting from last year. Runs were close…

Jared finally put all four of his wheels back on and decided to come hang out…

Big Mike’s Prelude of course…

Morgan’s CTR…

Everyone was interested in the J32 swapped Civic from Hasport…

Henry Dekuyper and the SS crew were doing bay shots for the FF Battle spread that’s going to be in a future issue of Super Street…

Circuit Hero DC2…and my cousin came all the way from San Diego to check things out and probably snap pictures for his site…

949 wheels up front, Mugen in the rear…

Circuit Hero tent…

DPK David decided to roll up along with…

…Darryl from DPK…kinda rare to see his car out because he usually riding along with Carlos aka Mugen Boy…

The two of them looking at something…probably listening to Sheepey talk about how confused he was with the concept of racing where cars turn…

Sheepey…

Jared…

Ryan aka Rywire…

Whatever Ryan was saying, Morgan apparently was entertained…

More Circuit Hero DC2…

Still looking pretty good after battle…

Parked for a photo…

Jonathan Wong going over some results with Elton from Raceline…

Big Mike…

Knight Rider program in the Raceline Civic coupe…

Phil and his wife…

Circuit Hero family…

Synchronized walking…

Ryan Der making use of his General Tire tee…

Just one more wouldn’t hurt…Can’t get enough of this thing. Can’t wait until he gets his Chargespeed fenders on and new wheels…

Random shot…

Another one…

David meets Phil…

As I was leaving, I saw this yellow hatch roll up… Pretty nice car, just needs a front lip to really set it off…

That’s about it. The event wrapped up later that day and the official layout and results should be available in a couple months to everyone. Then you guys can find out who won and what car ran what and how they performed out there. I honestly don’t even know but from what I saw I think I had a fairly good idea of who eventually took the whole thing. I could be wrong though. All I know is that this years was much closer than last year and overall the cars were a lot more competitive. I talked to Charles Trieu for a little bit and asked him how he felt about the event overall and he felt that the cars were “much cooler” than the year before. I gotta agree with that. This is just the second year and it looks to be on the rise. It’s gonna be cool to see what kind of Hondas come out for 2011…
