Okay, this is the last of it. Time to put RPM behind as and to look foward to this weekend’s Nisei Showoff event. Today I got the last bit of pictures from me as well and the pictures that May took of us running around doing dumb shit…Let’s roll…

Natalia Marie was doing some video segment for something or other, I don’t know. This is when DPk David, Big Mike, his cousin, and I were tryin to creep but at this point the show was so empty we couldn’t even hide anywhere. We ended up just standing in the middle of the field trying to snap pictures and the girls were staring right at us…

This girl, who looks a lot like Amy Reid (google her), was in particular uncreepable. Everytime I took a picture of her, she automatically knew where I was and always smiled at the camera. And sometimes I would be behind like 6 dudes and she would still spot me…GG lady, GG…

Then I walked over to the baseball field (yes you read correctly), where the Platinum VIP cars were parked. This Supra that was parked with them is also Super Street’s choice for the Castrol Syntec Top Car Challenge. Keep an eye out to see just how it did in the competition….

Milton’s 350Z that won the “Sittin’ Flush” award…if you were there and heard some guy yell out “bullshit!” when it was announced, yeah it was me…haha…

They had this dumbass machine there all fuckin day where people could pay $20 to get on this motorcycle and do a wheelie and get your picture taken or something. Fucking dumb. It was loud as shit and the same guy was on it the same day. You can tell how much fun it is by looking at this girl’s face. She was either fuckin terrified or just annoyed by the noise it was making the whole day….

The show was moving slowly so people began to clean up and take their displays down fairly early…Here is West Coast putting away their two door Charger…

Okay, so at this point the wind was kind of picking up and there were little sand tornados forming randomly throughout the show. The Platinum VIP canopy was pulled up by the wind and actually flew over their motorhome that they had brought out and another one in a Honda dealerships booth had also flown up and hit one of their cars. That wasn’t even the worst of it. Directly next to us, one of the canopies caught air and flew over my car hit the Farmville car, a car behind it, and hit a small section of Mikeyyyy’s xB. Shit was crazy. When it was coming at us, I was like “fuck, if it hits my car then it hits it” but thank goodness it flew over. Big Mike saw the tent coming near his car and he fuckin teleported to the spot to stop it. Shit was wild. The Accord got scratched up pretty badly and the TC behind it had it’s mirror broken and front fender damaged…I wish I would have caught it while it happened but I was in shock and just saw it all unfold, literally…

While we were walking to the stage for awards, I snapped a pic of both Matty’s xB…

Misa Campo didn’t show up so Corissa Furr took over the duties of announcing the awards…

This is when David won his award and she butchered his last name and called him “David Android” and we started yelling it out as he walked to the stage…

Big Mike ended up winning “Best Daily Driver”…haha…

David looking like a proud 5 year-old with his Best Honda award. I could have sworn he won Best Civic but who knows…Phaze2 Tony also won Best Acura that day but I didn’t know where he was for me to snap a picture of it…

We were all registered as “Its JDM Yo!!” because Tony helped us get our spots at the show and we ended up winning for Best Team participation…Tony ended up taking $500 home and treating us all to Northwood Pizza after the show, it was awesome…

Auto Concept Elite ended up taking home a majority of the awards that day including Best Team overall…Everyone one of their guys had two trophies in their hands…

This guy won too, I think it was for Best Display or something like that…

Special shout-out to this guy…I had left my car on early in the morning and I kinda had a feeling my battery might be dead and it sure was. I ran around like chicken with it’s head cut off looking for jumper cables and this dude came out of nowhere and saved the day and had some cables I could use. Whoever you are, thanks again man…

That’s about it…Overall it wasn’t a terrible show. It didn’t matter really, whenever we’re all together with good friends there is always bound to be some good times…I have some behind the scenes stuff with May so make sure to peep that.
