Eibach Honda Meet 2011 Coverage…Part 4…

Oh damn, I didn’t realize that I forgot to change the settings on this page to only show one post per page. Must have taken some of you guys quite a bit of time to load up all the images. It’s fixed now so if you’re looking at this post, there should be nothing else loading below it. Anyways, back now with part four of the 2011 Eibach Honda Meet coverage. How’s the coverage been on other sites and forums? I haven’t really had a chance to look as I am still going through my own pictures. Hopefully you guys come back here to check for new updates because my coverage is more comprehensive than others. If you’re just hear to read the quotes under the pic, that’s good too but I don’t know if I have any other crazy stories to tell you guys, haha….Okay, let’s get this going…

We last left off back at my booth area where I was just taking a break and hanging out. By this time it was probably the mid-late afternoon and some cars had begun to leave as well as people, making it easier for me to get shots of the cars that were still there without distractions or people walking into my shot…

A shot of the Honda Tuning CR-Z before I started to make my way towards the side and back of the building…

…and another shot of Salem’s TSX on is brand new gold Volk RE30s…

Red Civic on Spinwerkes drag racing wheels? Not really sure on the name…Looks a lot like the Spinwerkes Bisimoto wheels but I could just be assuming…Definitely not something you see normally on a street car…

Civic coupe on some TEs…

Wasn’t really feeling this J’s Racing lip on this del Sol…doesn’t flow well at all and you can see where it was cut to fit the del Sol bumper…nice attempt though…

This is the “I like my bay like I like my girls, fully shaved” guy…Definitely an interesting windshield banner to have, especially when he drives around to supermarkets or wherever and people have no idea what a shaved bay is…haha…

S2k on some black Volk CE28 wheels…

Vortech supercharged S2000 on black Enkei RPF1…

The ever popular and timeless white EK, Spoon SW388, red Recaro seats look…

This was cool…almost think it would look better with color-matched moldings…

Really liked this red RSX on polished Blitz 01s and the 24K valve cover…probably something that Mikeyyyy did because he posted up a pic of the valve cover a couple days before. Looks good on there…

Boosted K-swap in this EG…I’d tell you how much power it made because it has a dyno sheet on the windshield but obviously I’m tell you this because I didn’t walk close enough to look…just based on assumptions and being totally uneducated in guessing, I will say that it made just a little over 3000 horsepower, haha….

Juan Lemus’ del Sol. He passed away not too long ago but it’s good to see that his friends and family are keeping his dream alive…

One more because it’s clean…

As I was taking that photo, “G’d Up Ass Chris” cruised by with no hood…

Teddy from AS1’s Civic…

Spotted USDM Jam Tetsuya snapping some pics a couple feet away from me…

Red del Sol with carbon kevlar hood and Regamasters…EVOs seem to be popular as ever this year at Eibach. I thought they were popular last year but they were everywhere this year, legit real Regas too…

Loved the Work CR-01 wheels on this car…

Big fan of this white DB on polished Formula Harts…interior was really clean and it just had a very subtle feel to it. It’s hard to go wrong with white on red interior though, overall just a good looking Integra…I heard the motor was “not stock” either. Don’t know what that means but I guess it makes some pretty decent power…

I had no idea that Volk made 26-inch TE37s but apparently they exist…

Civic from Mexico…This guy is always down to drive from Mexico to everywhere in Socal for events…

G’d Up Ass Chris again, this time parked, still no hood…

This 4-door caught my eye as soon as it rolled into Eibach in the morning. I don’t know about other people but I’ve always really liked the Domani front end, especially when you add a Chargespeed lip like this guy. The car has a lot of potential. Headlights could use some polishing and the wheels I’m not digging that much but it’s a good look…

Saw this guy cruising around the building with no exhaust and shit was just loud as fuck. He kept revving it or whatever and almost got pulled over on the way out of Eibach too. Shows how nice the police where that day because they just pulled up next to him, told him to chill, and moved on….too bad the car was so obnoxious, it doesn’t look half bad…

If you guys saw my Skunk2 Unmeet 2.0 coverage, then you guys probably saw this red EG before…

I’m not gonna lie, this was probably one of my favorite Hondas at Eibach 2011. It’s nothing crazy at all and very, very simple, but I just love the look of it on the black chrome Enkei J-speeds. I also like the del Sols with the front bumper minus the two extra lights…Some of you may be staring at it and wondering what I’m saying but I mean, just look at it…the word “clean” is often overused but in this case, it fits the build perfectly…On paper it’s just another del Sol on some Enkei wheels but it’s executed very well….

DC2 on 949 wheels…not sure if the two tone is intentional…

This del Sol was nice too, just needs a front lip…

Hondarazor23’s Accord…Looking a little rough around the edges these days now that he has to daily the coupe around but it still looks good…

ICB Matt’s Honda CR-X Pro.2 on Advan RGs… Very nicely done, I just don’t know how I feel about it on these particular wheels…

Jorge’s EG is another great example of a timeless Civic build…It’s one of those builds that people will always appreciate. No crazy wheels or bike rack, none of that crazy over the top sticker’d up bullshit, it’s timeless…

4-door Accord on some Blitz 01s…Another wheel that has popped up more and more lately…

The homie Nick Caster’s track-prepped non-VTEC powered CR-X…

S2000 on Work Rezax wheels. You probably didn’t notice but one of the very first pics that I posted in part 1 was of this S2K rolling into Eibach…

Closing it out today with EncoreDC5’s RSX… I posted pics of the engine bay in one of the previous posts but I finally got a chance to finally get a complete shot of the exterior…

Back with more later…thanks for looking and see you guys this weekend at the It’s JDM Yo!!! 1-year anniversary bash…

  1. Most importantly lets not neglect the fact it has Ganador mirrors.

“4-door Accord on some Blitz 01s…Another wheel that has popped up more and more lately…”

  2. Thanks for showing consistent love J, I appreciate it!

  3. Great shots man, the white del sol that you liked belongs to the same guy who brought a 99-00 supersonick blue coupe to Nisei couple years ago. He parked with the Hasback crew.

  4. hey thanks for the snap of my white del sol Joey! always delivering great coverage! thanks again!

  5. idk if anyone noticed but that domain front ek had a regular EK front bumper cut to fit a domain headlight. very different. and cool looking

  9. nice pics, the open hood eg mind fucked me real quick tho. the red seat looks like a body and the reflection of the arm looks like the arm of the red seat

heres my visual red seat = person w/ red shirt and arm out the window under driver’s arm

haha all clean cars nonetheless, made me want to have come attend the event

  10. really dig the domani fronted EK including wheels. only like del sols without the center lights too, the white one is truly clean.
