Have a treat for you guys today. Rodrez was kind enough to pass these along to me so I could post them up on The Chronicles. As you all know, Ejay’s DA is one of the Top Ten Hondas in my annual list of best builds and it was featured in Honda Tuning magazine a couple months back. I was actually there for one of the shoots and the photos came out amazing. I say “one of the shoots” because the car was actually shot twice. The first time (when I was there) was when Rodrez had shot Ejay’s DA on the Racng Hart Type Cs that he had for the early part of 2010. I think it was a week or so later when he popped up at an event with the 16-inch SSR Super Mesh wheels. I was like “shit, this looks so much better than the other wheels” so I hit up Rodrez about it and he agreed and wanted to immediately re-shoot the car and run those photos instead. It was shot at the exact same spot both times so he only had to get new shots of the exterior. What you ended up seeing in the magazine was two shoots combined but you probably wouldn’t have the slightest idea that it all went down that way. Everything worked out perfectly and now I have the shots that weren’t used for your viewing pleasure. The photos represent both shoots and some photos will have the Super Mesh wheels and others will have the original Racing Harts.
