The busy month of May comes to a close with the 2016 Wekfest LA event held in the scenic landscape of The Queen Mary in Long Beach! It has definitely been quite the hectic month with Japan, The Eibach Honda Meet, and now Wekfest LA, but I can honestly say that things couldn’t have turned out better. I took it easy at the Wekfest event and tried to focus more on shooting photos while Der was on hand to help out with the video blogging.
In Part 1, we catch up with Yuta Akaishi to see how his evening was the night prior to Wekfest LA. The Nemo’s Garage EM1 is getting closer and closer to completion and that means that Yuta can finally stop being angry and frustrated at all the other businesses that were involved in helping (or in some cases, NOT helping) with the completion of the car. The Vlog picks up right in the morning when we arrived at The Queen Mary and you ride along with us while we set-up for the show and later walk to the show to check out some of the cars showing that day. WFLA is one of the premier car shows in North America so there were definitely some spectacular builds in attendance. Sit back and experience Wekfest LA 2016 with us, while also having to face Yuta’s growing anger and frustration with basically everyone in existence….
*I am not a videographer and this wasn’t meant to be a visual masterpiece of any sort. I am merely capturing bits and pieces of my life for you guys to see.
