The end of our winter adventures were probably the most fun and interesting because we had the gang together, everyone was getting along (which is rare when traveling with friends lol) and there was so much to see. I compiled so much footage that it ended up being one really long episode so I split it and uploaded it both at the same time. Yes TWO NEW EPISODES all at once. Like a Netflix or Max premiere where they give you two full episodes to watch. But unlike those popular streaming services I can’t guarantee when the next episode is lol…

It just didn’t feel right having to wait a few days or another week just to upload the second episode because it would feel disjointed, especially when it was all filmed in sequence on consecutive days. So I felt like it was best to give people the opportunity to either watch it all at once or come back to it whenever it was convenient for them. When it was all said and done, these are probably my two favorite episodes of the season so far because you really get a good look at our group dynamic and how much fun we have together…

I will say that Chuy was probably pretty fed up with us towards the end of the trip. During our last lunch eating sushi which Ryan Der chose, Chuy just got up and walked out to go eat McDonald’s lol. I give the guy credit cuz he was fully maxed-out on his attempts to eat stuff he doesn’t normally even think about eating…

We were set to end our trip in Japan this time around with Attack at Tsukuba Circuit, but there was much to do still. There were a few more days for us in Osaka so we wanted to stop by at Across to visit our friend Joe, do some model car hunting, and Chuy was on the hunt to buy a DC2 Integra Type R. No, not a model car Type R, a real life-size ITR. The guy just loves his DC2s and made it a mission this trip to find one. After making the drive back to the Kanto region, we were off to Tsukuba Circuit for two days of time attack heaven. These last two episodes are a fun watch so try to watch them back-to-back!…

After Attack Tsukuba, we got a few hours of sleep but were up again bright and early the next morning to head to Tochigi Prefecture. Der and I had gone to the Honda Collection Hall about 12 years ago but the rest of our group had never been. Even Yasu, who has lived in Japan his entire life, had never set foot inside the famed museum before. We kinda had a good idea what would be inside but to have access to some of these legendary Honda race cars was a rare opportunity! We nerded-out HARD and spent hours in there just looking at every single detail.
