Here comes part 3 of 3 of our Slammed Society Japan 2012 coverage. Not much really left to be said that hasn’t been said already. Thank you once again to Mr. Koji Karimata for always providing me with excellent photos from every event that he attends and allowing me to share a piece of the Japanese tuning world with all of you guys. It’s cool that Mark Arcenal and Fatlace have grown to the point where they can have huge turn-outs at events all over the world. Crazy how quickly he and his brand have grown over the years and props to him for being a smart businessman and above all else, a true car guy. It’s because of events like these that we get to see what the Japanese have going on. Many times all we see are the major demo car builds from major Japanese tuning shops but events like this bring out a variety of different enthusiasts and we get to see all types of cars, from drift builds and the drift crews they represent to the average Honda guy. I love looking through these photos and I feel like I’m one of you guys and looking through the coverage as I am processing the photos for this site. This looked like a great event to be at and who knows, maybe one day I’ll get to head out there and check it out. For now, the closest thing we got are photos…Enjoy…

Slammed Society Japan 2012 Coverage…Part 2…
Here’s part 3 of 3…the finale…
I thought this NC Miata was just absolutely badass… Reminds me a lot of an Amuse S2000 and the hard top looks great on there…
Always loved how aggressive RX-7 builds are in Japan…Here we don’t see FD3S chassis all that often and when we do, they are usually very clean and simple. In Japan, these guys go all-out with their FD-chassis. Really liked this pink FD on BBS LMs…
R31 Skyline sedan on mismatched Work XSAs…
Clean EF Civic sedan with some ATS Cup wheels that you don’t see very often on Hondas…
Kanjo-styled Integra Type R with bright green accents…
If I remember correctly, this is the same BMW M3 on Work Equips that busted his oil pan at the Hellaflush Japan event last year…Good to see that the little mishap didn’t deter him from continuing to ride slammed to the ground…
5-series Bimmer from OLIVE Special Car Produce…
Been a huge fan of this second gen. Toyota Soarer ever since seeing photos of it from last year’s Hellaflush Japan event….Bad angle with the TE37SL in the way but I’m sure you guys remember it…
Turbo Soarer from N-STYLE CUSTOM, as was the 2nd gen. Soarer above…
This Toyota Crown wears a slightly different color scheme than the other N-STYLE CUSTOM cars but still rocks the same Volk TE37SLs…
The engine bay of the Crown has been resprayed in a candy red tone with a 2JZ-GTE swap….
The most wild-looking of the N-STYLE bunch is this Nissan S15 Silvia with E46 BMW front end conversion…
One of my dream cars that I’ll one day never own is the JZX100 Toyota Chaser…Just beautifully designed cars and essentially 4-door Toyota Supras…
Another JZX100 Chaser, this one with the matching red but with WED’s Kranze LXZs…
3-series BMW sedan sitting on some really aggressive Advan Racing RS wheels…
Love the front bumper on this Toyota Altezza… Wise Sports wheels don’t look bad on the car either…
Chaser with aggressive aero from Garage Inoue…
This one is a little more mild compared to the previous three posted, looking clean on black Work Emotions…
Subaru STi on what looks to be JLine wheels…
Ridiculous-looking demon/Oni-camber on this Toyota Crown Majesta…
While the U.S. got the Japanese version of the Toyota Rumion as the second generation xB, this was the true 2nd gen. Toyota bB in Japan… So the U.S. pretty much got a mundane-looking box while the Japanese had a version that looked like it was melting…
Haven’t heard the name mentioned in awhile but I believe this Toyota Cresta is from WELD Technique Factory…Not 100% sure but the clam-shell hood is their style and the pin striping along the side looks to spell out “WELD”…
Bad ass Datsun B110 Sunny from Technical Factory…
Flared-out with deep dish SSR MKIIs…
EJ Civic coupe on BBS wheels from “George & Sons”…
Nicely tucked bay with B18C-swap…
Really like the styling of this Eunos Roadster on Work Meister S1s… I remember seeing this same Roadster last year at the Hellaflush event as well but it was on Watanabe wheels at the time. Both are a very good look but I think I prefer the previous Watanabe set-up…
A beauty of a B4 Legacy on TE37SLs…
Subaru Impreza S204 on gold-faced BBS LM…
Glad to see the Legacy community is thriving in Japan. Rare to see these over here because they are still so pricey to own…
Here’s a BL (4th gen.) Legacy on WEDsport TC105N…
Mazdaspeed RX-8 on bronze TE37s…
Zenki S14 Silvia Navan with custom radius’d fenders and Volk TE37SLs…
Supermade Instant Gentleman aero on this S15 Silvia hammered on Work Meister M1R…
VIP Toyota Celsior on BBS LMs…can’t say I’m a fan of the new aero designs popping up the last couple of years in the Japanese VIP community. The lines just look way too gaudy and sharp, like it’s blatantly out of place on the car…
GReddy/Trust Tra Kyoto 6666 Customs Rocket Bunny Scion FR-S demo car… yes, FR-S and not 86…
190 Benz on some rare Epsilon Raguna wheels…
Kazuhiro Furukawa’s turbo EK9 Civic Type R from OsakaJDM/Car Craft Boon!….
E-AT Civic hatchback also from CCB/OsakaJDM… I have some pretty cool shots of this thing from the “Kday” event shot by Shota Mori coming next week…
Closing out part 3 of 3 with a shot in the parking lot of the Fuji International Speedway of two VIP Toyota builds, one a Crown and the other an Aristo…
That’s a wrap for Slammed Society Japan…have a great weekend everyone…
not sure if it was a WELD demo car, but that chaser was definitely full on WELD built. i think i have a bay pic as well.
Very sweet content!
That 85 civic……amazing.
hey do u live in japan? nice picz
About the Civic EF: are these one piece headlights standard on jdm EF’s?
The ATS Cup rims are very Euro style, and popular on VW GOLF mark II, also 4×100 …
Love the blog!
I have to know what bumper that is on the silver altezza
