New EK9 project at the shop and a new look for my red CTR!…

All of a sudden there’s yet another EK9 Type R at the shop! Why? Well, Yasu decided he wanted to join a raffle for a car he absolutely did not need and wouldn’t you know it, he won the damn thing. Say what you will and believe what you want, but this was actually quite an inconvenience at the shop. He has enough cars in Japan already and importing an EK9 back to Japan just seems ridiculous so we spent an entire weekend trying to get rid of another car inside the shop just to make room for Yasu’s new project. He wanted to throw some parts at it and make it look better in time for Wekfest Los Angeles so he flew back from Osaka with a whole bunch of car parts. I have no idea how he manages to convince the airline to take on all these parts but somehow he does…

Oh yeah, I decided I wanted a new look for my EK9 as well and it was something I had planned since the beginning of the year. I just needed to find all the parts to pull off this ‘alternate universe’ look for my Civic Type R…
