Sorry for the lack of updates the last couple days. After I got back from Hawaii late Thursday night/early Friday, I’ve been trying to reacquaint myself with everyday life and trying to unpack and what not. Regular updates will resume as usual, I just needed some time to get re-organized. The first day of FF Battle 4 was yesterday though. It was the dyno portion of the event but unlike year’s past, nobody participating in the event had any idea what their numbers were on the Raceline USA dyno. Super Street wanted to try something different this year and build some suspense so as to keep everyone in the dark. Without knowing the power numbers, guys would be more willing to go out there just to run the course instead of trying to figure out certain ways to find an advantage or disadvantage with the power that they made. I am heading out there in a couple hours to Willow Springs to check out the second day of the event so for now, here are a couple of shots from day 1. I’ll have plenty more of the dyno day section of FF Battle 4 but that will come once I’ve had the time to go through all the photos. I’m also in the process of catching up on all the orders from The Chronicles Storefront lately. It’s been crazy busy in there and I really need to get everyone’s orders out. If you haven’t received your order yet, it’s coming soon, I swear….
In any case, here are some quick shots. All you need to know is that Supertwinz John finally managed to get his EA-T running after all these months of it sitting. It’s going to be something else seeing that thing out on the track….The rest of the competitors look interesting as well and I think this year’s competition will be much closer than year’s past… Stay tuned…
Remember, the event is open to the public so if you feel like making the drive, come check out the event. If you need more info on it, click this link…
See you guys there, if not, then keep your eye’s peeled for the coverage of the event coming next week…
Looking forward to more updates!
