Yonas from JDMyard originally told me that it would be a good idea if I arrived in Australia a day before the World Time Attack Challenge was set to take place. WTAC is a two-day event but the day prior to that is a practice/test day, which allows for more freedom to roam around the track to shoot photos. The event is quite busy during the two-days but on test days, the track is mostly empty. There are few spectators and most people are still at work anyway. Not only were we allowed to get a closer look at some of the competitors of WTAC, we even got to have some close encounters with some true Japanese racing legends. Check it out…
