Since there hasn’t been a whole lot going on lately other than some small meets here and there, I’ve been spending much of my time locked-up in my office working hard on wrapping up my second book, titled simply as “Glory” or “Volume 2: Glory”. I don’t want to give too much away but I will tell you guys this, there will be significantly more pages than the first book. I just wanted to make sure that I got everything in there that I wanted instead of worrying about page limitations. With the first book, I was worried about production costs, and how to lay everything out correctly as well as how a lot of the older photos would look in print size. This time around, I wanted to focus more on artistic execution and really giving the book a distinct look. After the first one, I have a much better idea of how production works and how things look once they are laid out. I had no idea how it would look with the first book before I got the initial sample so I didn’t really want to take too many chances. This next book will be much more refined I would say, with more words as well. I would say it is about 85% now. I was going to cut some stuff out to keep the book smaller but decided it would just be pretty great to pack in all the good content I can. I know typical coffee table books aren’t too big but what the hell, right?…
With that said, I know I told everybody a couple times on my various social media outlets that I will give the people who purchased Volume 1 a first crack at being able to pre-order Volume 2 before the general public. I want to hold true to my word so I’ve figured out a system where I can do that and make it easy for everybody. All you will have to do is submit your name and your Paypal email address that you used to purchase the Volume 1 last year. Once you are verified, I’ll put you guys on the list and I’ll provide you with an invoice to complete instead of having to wait in the crazy line that is to come when the pre-order officially opens on the storefront website (which is yet to be determined)…
