The Chronicles Year10 Anniversary Meet Coverage… Part 2…

I would have thought that things would have slowed down now, being that it is mid-November now, but things just keep going and going. After the two Year10 events that happened back-to-back that weekend, I headed straight to Las Vegas for the SEMA Show, stayed there an entire week, then came back just in time for Complexcon (Huge shout-out to Damien Scott from Complex for the connect), and then I found myself in San Diego for Autofashion USA’s annual VIP Festival. I thought I’d have a week-off to just sit down and work on content but soon realized that Super Lap Battle was happening just days later. So, I packed my shit up and drove the almost three-hours up to Buttonwillow Raceway for SLB to support Amir, his NSX, as well as the boys from Spoon Sports USA. It didn’t end there. A day removed from Super Lap, Super Street magazine and Mackin Industries then hosted a Rays Engineering-tribute meet, which was a gathering of cars and vendors who came together to honor the famed wheel company. Being a huge Rays-fanatic, I couldn’t just sit back and not go. It’s now Monday, two weeks after Year10, I can finally show you guys the rest of the photos from the event and follow it up with photos from the Chronicles and Coffee event. It’d be easy to say that this was a hellish span of two weeks with all that was going on, but I have to admit, I’m pretty excited about all the content I collected. There is a shit ton of photos and video coming, and I actually put forth some effort into doing a lot of SEMA video coverage this year with Der. I think I have enough content now to last me until I leave for Florida in December for the final Wekfest show of 2018.

It almost feels like Year10 happened months ago with all the events that myself and my friends have been attending. The best part of all of this is that I feel as motivated as I have ever been to creating great content and I think it’ll show in the next few weeks when I finally unleash everything on you guys. I just want to thank everybody for being so patient and so loyal to The Chronicles. I know there are plenty of media outlets these days and more spawning every day after, but people still stick around and give a shit about The Chronicles. I couldn’t ask for much more than that. All I can do is continue to push forward to give you guys a bunch of cool shit to look at with some even better stories to go with them. Below is the second batch of photos that I captured during Year10, the biggest and best Chronicles Anniversary event yet. I’m sorry if I didn’t get a shot of your car. It was a crazy day. I’m sure I’ll catch you at another event though so don’t worry too much about it. It’s not that I didn’t like your car, I just didn’t have enough minutes in the day to see and capture everything I wanted. I know you’ll understand. Enjoy….

On that note, I guess that puts a wrap on the Year10 coverage. I really wish I had the time to shoot more that afternoon, but it’s always difficult finding the time to do any and everything while still hosting an event. Thanks to all for looking and to all those who did media coverage of the event, whether it be photo or video work. I’ve seen so much content from so many people since the event and am overjoyed to see such hard work from all. There is so much Year10 content floating around that I probably don’t even have to shoot the meet myself, lol. Anyways, I appreciate all the support over the past ten years. Here is to many, many more. Thank you.
